Pat sole fillets dry and season both sides with salt and white pepper
Brush fillets lightly with olive oil
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
Place fillets in air fryer basket, ensuring they don't overlap
Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through
Meanwhile, melt butter in a small pan until it turns golden brown and nutty
Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, parsley, and chives
Transfer cooked sole to serving plates
Drizzle with brown butter herb sauce and serve with lemon wedges
