Preheat grill to medium-high heat
Pat fish dry and brush with olive oil
Season fish with paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper
Combine pineapple, bell pepper, onion, jalapeño, lime juice, and cilantro for salsa
Season salsa with salt and let sit 15 minutes
Grill fish 4-5 minutes per side until it flakes easily
Don't move fish until ready to flip to prevent sticking
Serve immediately topped with pineapple salsa
