Preheat air fryer to 200°C
Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, and oregano
Brush salmon with 2 tbsp olive oil and place in air fryer basket
Air fry for 10-12 minutes until fish flakes easily
Meanwhile, mix feta, dill, garlic, lemon zest, and remaining olive oil
Toss cherry tomatoes with lemon juice and add to air fryer for last 5 minutes
Top cooked salmon with feta mixture and serve with roasted tomatoes
