Cook pasta until al dente, drain and set aside
Brown lamb with onions and garlic, add tomatoes, oregano, cinnamon
Layer pasta, meat sauce, and grilled eggplant in baking dish
Make bechamel by melting butter, whisking in flour, gradually adding milk
Pour bechamel over layers, top with cheese
Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes until golden and bubbling
