Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare peppers by removing seeds and membranes
Cook orzo according to package directions, drain
Mix cooked orzo with feta, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts, dill, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and garlic
Season filling with salt and pepper
Stuff peppers with orzo mixture and place in baking dish with 1/2 inch water
Cover with foil and bake 35-40 minutes until peppers are tender
