Preheat grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates
Boil udon noodles for 2 minutes, drain and toss with sesame oil
Mix soy sauce, mirin, and garlic in a bowl for glaze
Grill vegetables in a grill basket for 6-8 minutes until charred
Place udon in grill basket and grill for 3-4 minutes, turning once
Brush noodles with glaze and grill 1 more minute
Combine noodles with grilled vegetables
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving
