Whisk together miso paste, mirin, sake, sugar, and rice vinegar until smooth
Pat salmon fillets dry and brush lightly with oil
Marinate salmon in half the miso mixture for 15 minutes
Preheat grill to medium-high heat and oil grates
Grill salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes without moving
Flip carefully and brush with remaining miso glaze
Grill another 3-4 minutes until fish flakes easily
Remove from grill and let rest 2 minutes
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, serve with lemon wedges
