Pound pork cutlets to 1cm thickness and season with salt and pepper
Set up three stations: flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs
Dredge each cutlet in flour, then egg, then panko, pressing gently to adhere
Spray air fryer basket with oil and preheat to 200°C
Place cutlets in basket without overlapping and spray tops with oil
Cook for 8 minutes, flip, spray again, and cook 6-8 minutes until golden
Let rest 2 minutes before slicing and serving with tonkatsu sauce
