Sift together flour, matcha powder, and salt. Fold into chocolate mixture.
Fold in white chocolate chunks, then spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set but center is still slightly soft.
Cool completely before cutting into squares and dusting with icing sugar.
