Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
Season chicken with salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, and chili powder
Cook chicken pieces until browned on all sides, about 6 minutes

Bring to a simmer and cook for 12-15 minutes until chicken is cooked through
