Preheat oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper
Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper
Spread evenly on sheet pan and roast for 20 minutes until tender
Mix buffalo sauce with melted butter in a large bowl
Add roasted cauliflower to buffalo mixture and toss to coat
Return to sheet pan and bake 5 more minutes
Serve immediately with ranch dressing
