Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain and set aside
Prepare grill for indirect cooking at medium heat
In a large cast iron skillet, melt butter and whisk in flour to make a roux
Gradually add cream, whisking constantly until smooth and thickened
Add both cheeses, smoked paprika, and garlic powder, stirring until melted
Fold in cooked pasta, pulled pork, and BBQ sauce until well combined
Place skillet on grill grates away from direct heat
Cover grill and cook for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot
