Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and cool
Preheat grill to high heat
Grill corn for 10-12 minutes, turning frequently until charred
Cut kernels from cobs once cooled
Whisk mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, and paprika for dressing
Combine pasta, corn kernels, jalapeños, and cilantro
Add dressing and toss until well coated
Top with cotija cheese and additional chili powder before serving
