Sauté onion in 2 tbsp olive oil until soft
Add rice and cook for 2 minutes
Add herbs, pine nuts, lemon juice and seasoning
Place 1 tbsp filling on each grape leaf and roll tightly
Brush dolmades with remaining oil
Air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes, turning once
Serve warm or at room temperature with lemon wedges
