Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes
Whisk together soy sauce, honey, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger
Thread shrimp onto skewers, about 5-6 shrimp per skewer
Brush shrimp with half the glaze and let marinate 10 minutes
Preheat grill to medium-high heat and oil grates
Grill skewers 2-3 minutes per side, basting with remaining glaze
Remove when shrimp are pink and slightly charred
