Preheat grill to medium-high and cook chicken 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F
Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente
While pasta cooks, fry bacon in a large pan until crispy
Whisk together egg yolks, whole egg, and grated Parmesan
Slice grilled chicken into strips
Drain pasta, reserving 1 cup pasta water
Add hot pasta to bacon pan with garlic, toss for 1 minute
Remove from heat, add egg mixture and chicken, tossing quickly with pasta water to create creamy sauce
Serve immediately garnished with parsley and extra Parmesan
