Place 1 tablespoon filling in center of each wrapper, wet edges with water, and fold into half-moon shape
Brush dumplings with oil and arrange in single layer in air fryer basket
Air fry at 375°F for 8 minutes, flip, and cook 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy
