Cook orzo according to package directions, drain and cool completely
In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, cumin, turmeric, garam masala, cayenne, and salt
In a large bowl, combine cooled orzo, chickpeas, bell pepper, and red onion
Pour the yogurt dressing over the pasta mixture and toss well
Add fresh cilantro and mint, mixing gently
Taste and adjust spices and salt as needed
Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving to let flavors develop
