Combine cooled espresso with coffee liqueur in a shallow dish
Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick
Beat mascarpone until smooth, then fold into egg yolk mixture
Whip cream to soft peaks and gently fold into mascarpone mixture
Quickly dip each ladyfinger in coffee mixture and break to fit glasses
Layer coffee-soaked cookies in bottom of 6 glasses
Spoon half the mascarpone mixture over cookies
Add another layer of dipped cookies
Top with remaining mascarpone mixture
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight
Dust with cocoa powder and garnish with chocolate shavings before serving
