Cut pork belly into 2-inch thick strips and score the fat in crosshatch pattern
Mix gochujang, soy sauce, rice wine, honey, garlic, and sesame oil to make glaze
Season pork with salt and pepper, let rest 20 minutes at room temperature
Preheat grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates
Grill pork belly 6-8 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145°F
Brush with glaze during last 2 minutes of cooking
Rest for 5 minutes, then slice and garnish with green onions
Serve immediately with steamed rice and kimchi
