Pat pork belly cubes dry and season with salt
Preheat air fryer to 400°F
Cook pork belly for 15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes
Whisk together soy sauce, gochujang, honey, vinegar, garlic, and ginger
Brush glaze over pork belly and cook 5 more minutes
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving
