Heat vegetable oil in large wok or skillet over high heat
Add garlic and whites of scallions, stir-fry for 30 seconds
Add kimchi and cook for 2 minutes
Add rice, breaking up clumps with spatula
Stir in kimchi juice, soy sauce, gochujang, and sugar
Push rice to one side, scramble eggs in empty space
Mix eggs into rice, drizzle with sesame oil
Garnish with scallion greens and sesame seeds
