Quick Korean-style marinated pork bulgogi with gochujang, served in lettuce wraps. Spicy, sweet, and incredibly flavorful.
Mix soy sauce, gochujang, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and grated pear in a bowl
Add sliced pork to marinade and mix thoroughly, let sit for 10 minutes
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat
Add marinated pork and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently until caramelized
Remove from heat and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds
Separate lettuce leaves and arrange on serving platter
Serve pork with lettuce wraps and steamed rice on the side
