Mix yogurt, tandoori masala, minced garlic, ginger, and salt to create marinade
Toss cooked pasta, paneer cubes, and vegetables with marinade and let sit for 10 minutes
Preheat grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates
Place marinated pasta mixture in a large grill basket or foil packet with holes
Grill for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender and pasta has smoky char
Sprinkle with garam masala and fresh cilantro before serving
Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side
