Cook orzo according to package instructions, drain and set aside
Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and half the oregano
Preheat grill to medium-high heat
In a large disposable aluminum pan, combine cooked orzo, cherry tomatoes, olives, and remaining oregano
Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic, then toss to combine
Place pan on grill and cook shrimp directly on grates for 2-3 minutes per side
Add grilled shrimp to the orzo mixture and grill everything together for 3-4 minutes
Remove from grill, top with feta, fresh herbs, and lemon zest before serving
