Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper
Pulse olives, garlic, capers, 2 tbsp olive oil, basil, and lemon zest in food processor until coarsely chopped
Mix tapenade with panko breadcrumbs
Brush salmon with remaining olive oil
Press tapenade mixture onto top of each fillet
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
Cook salmon for 10-12 minutes until crust is golden and fish flakes easily
Serve with cherry tomatoes and a drizzle of olive oil
