Remove stems from mushrooms and scrape out gills
Brush mushroom caps with 2 tbsp oil and season with salt and pepper
Mix cooked lentils with garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and thyme
Add remaining oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to lentil mixture
Grill mushroom caps gill-side down for 5 minutes
Flip and fill with lentil mixture, top with goat cheese
Cover and grill 8-10 minutes until cheese is warm and mushrooms tender
