Preheat oven to 400°F and line sheet pan with parchment
Toss vegetables with half the olive oil, salt, and pepper
Spread vegetables on sheet pan and roast 10 minutes
Mix remaining oil, garlic, oregano, and basil for herb mixture
Season salmon and brush with herb mixture, then add to pan with vegetables
Top with lemon slices and pine nuts, roast 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily
