Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds and membranes
Mix cooked quinoa, feta, olives, tomato, onion, parsley, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper
Stuff peppers with quinoa mixture, packing lightly
Place stuffed peppers in air fryer basket
Air fry at 360°F for 18-20 minutes until peppers are tender
Let cool 5 minutes before serving
