Preheat air fryer to 370°F
Gently scrape out mushroom gills with spoon and brush caps with 2 tablespoons olive oil
Mix feta, tomatoes, olives, basil, pine nuts, remaining olive oil, garlic, and oregano in bowl
Season mushroom caps with salt and pepper, then fill each with feta mixture
Place stuffed mushrooms in air fryer basket, cooking in batches if needed
Air fry for 12-14 minutes until mushrooms are tender and filling is heated through
Let rest 2 minutes before serving with crusty bread or over greens
