Heat oil in large pot over medium heat, sauté onion and garlic for 3 minutes
Add curry paste and cook for 1 minute until fragrant
Pour in coconut milk and whisk to combine with curry paste
Add vegetable broth, fish sauce, and brown sugar, bring to boil
Add pasta and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally
Add bell pepper, snap peas, and zucchini, cook for 4-5 minutes until pasta is tender
Remove from heat and stir in Thai basil
Garnish with green onions and serve with lime wedges
