Rinse adzuki beans and add to slow cooker with 6 cups water
Cook on high for 4-5 hours until beans are very soft
Blend half the beans with cooking liquid until smooth, return to slow cooker
Mix glutinous rice flour with remaining 2 cups water to form small dumplings
Add dumplings, sugar, and salt to slow cooker
Cook on high for additional 30 minutes until dumplings float
Stir in sesame oil and garnish with pine nuts and green onions
