Mash black beans leaving some texture, mix with sweet potato, onion, garlic, and spices
Add chickpea flour gradually until mixture holds together when shaped
Form into 8 patties and brush with oil
Air fry at 375°F for 12 minutes, flip, and cook 8 more minutes until crispy
Serve hot garnished with fresh mint and yogurt sauce
