Pulse fish in food processor until roughly chopped
Add curry paste, egg, fish sauce, and sugar, pulse to combine
Transfer to bowl and fold in lime leaves, basil, green beans, and chili
Form mixture into 12 small patties with wet hands
Brush patties lightly with oil on both sides
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
Cook fish cakes for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through
Serve immediately with sweet chili sauce for dipping
