Press tofu and cut into cubes, brush with 1 tbsp sesame oil
Blanch edamame in boiling water for 3 minutes, drain and cool
Whisk remaining sesame oil, lime juice, vinegar, soy sauce, and honey
Add garlic and chili to dressing, mix well
Grill tofu cubes 3-4 minutes per side until golden
Combine grilled tofu, edamame, herbs, and salad greens
Toss with dressing and serve immediately
