Preheat grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates
Brush tomato halves and bell peppers with olive oil and season with salt
Grill tomatoes cut-side down for 8-10 minutes until charred, then flip and grill 5 more minutes
Grill bell peppers, turning frequently, until charred all over, about 12 minutes
Remove vegetables and let cool, then roughly chop tomatoes and slice peppers
Heat cast iron skillets on grill, add oil and sauté onions until softened, 5 minutes
Add garlic, cumin, paprika, and cayenne to skillets, cook 1 minute until fragrant
Add grilled tomatoes and peppers, simmer 10 minutes until sauce thickens
Make wells in the sauce and crack eggs into each well
Cover skillets and cook 8-12 minutes until egg whites are set but yolks remain runny
Remove from grill, top with feta and cilantro, serve immediately with bread
