Cook orzo according to package directions, drain and cool completely
Cut tops off tomatoes and scoop out flesh, leaving walls intact
Chop tomato flesh and mix with cooled orzo, feta, olives, and red onion
Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, oregano, salt, and pepper
Toss orzo mixture with dressing and stuff into hollowed tomatoes
Chill for 15 minutes before serving
